Bought the new High-end 13” MacBook Pro last Friday at HK Apple Online Store and it arrived today before my flight land!!!
It is very solid and beautiful, even more rigid than my sold MBP!!!!

Your ability to run engineering software packages including Pro/Engineer, AutoDesk Inventor, ANSYS, Abaqus and Matlab. You saved me to become an allniter that stuck inside Engineering Building.
Your ability to run Window XP under BootCamp to allow me just use it as normal PC.
Your ability to drive my family crazy about Apple product. (Especially ME!!!!!)
Your ability to blow away MS window and show us what people really want in operation system.
Your ability to let me develop website in a easy way and make this site happened.
I will remember you, byebye and good luck.

Today I bought a BRAND NEW Apple Express 802.11n for NZD$100 only. This is the first time I get a great deal on TradeMe. A guy listed it on TradeMe with the buy now of NZD$100, so within first 5 minutes he listed, I purchased with the buy now price!! Lucky he lives in Buckland Beach which means I can pay and pick it up tonight.
Surely, it is brand new from Apple. It stills wrap in the brown protective package and all sealed.

The AppleCare paid off. The display of the MacBook Pro replaced completely (including the display housing case). The photo above showed the part for the job. I did a quick search on google and found that this part alone worth around USD$300 - USD$400

Mirror iPod Touch

Bought a iPod Touch’s Mirror protective sticker yesterday. Look at photos above, the mirror effect is so great which can convent the iPod touch to a mirror when it is off. Moreover, when turn it on the screen is still highly visible.
The only drawback is that the mirror protective sticker is quite finger-print attractive, so it need more effort to clear to keep it crystal clear!!

Today I bought a ExpressCard 34 card reader (HKD$ 120). So now my MacBook Pro finally have a build-in like card reader. It can read SD card, MMC card, XD card and MS Duo card.

We ordered on Sunday night, finally the present arrive today at 11:30 am Hong Kong time.
We bought the cheapest MacBook and get a free 8GB iPod Touch from Apple back-to-school promotion!!
So for only HKD$7800, we get both MacBook and iPod Touch, it is a deal that no one can reject!!
Hehe, first time in my life, my sister need me to set up the Computer for her. She just switches to Mac from stupid PC. So she needs to get use to the Mac OS X.

Bootcamp win xp

Since Microsoft release the window XP SP3 this Tuesday, it is time to update my bootcamp partition into SP3. After the update, I cannot notice any change for the OS except the change showed on picture above.
Reminder: Those people whose want to update to window XP SP3, remember to update your bootcamp version from 2.0 to 2.1 from Apple!!!!! Otherwise your bootcamp will die after the update!!
